About

Josh Reinhold is a communications strategist and film and event producer with fifteen years of experience shaping high-impact narratives across corporate and creative industries. He moves seamlessly between executive communications, film production, and large-scale experiential programming to help companies and creators scale their voice, reputation, and reach.

Currently a Growth Strategist at Creative Blue, Josh specializes in aligning strategic vision with crisp execution. Previously, as Director of Global Corporate Communications and Culture at CarParts.com, he helped direct a comprehensive turnaround strategy that saw revenue climb from $300M to $500M and delivered a 1500% total shareholder return. Over his tenure, he led the company's full brand overhaul, directed crisis response, built out internal communications, and penned executive remarks, keynote addresses, and op-eds for the C-suite through fifteen consecutive quarters of year-over-year growth.

Josh's foundational background in film brings a producer's discipline and narrative instinct to everything he executes. At Relativity Media, he oversaw feature productions including Beyond the Lights and Kidnap, secured a first-look studio deal with Broad Green Pictures while at Matt Alvarez Productions, and served as sole boots-on-the-ground producer for Step Sisters in Atlanta. He later raised $50M in slate financing and drove film publicity as Head of Development at Good Films Collective, served as Executive Producer Blumhouse Television's There's Something Wrong with the Children, and contributed script and market analysis on Mattel Films' global blockbuster Barbie.

Tying these worlds together is an extensive portfolio of live and high-profile events. Josh has produced everything from investor summits, global all-hands, and corporate retreats to red-carpet international premieres. Most recently, he produced event operations for the 2026 Texas Film Awards Gala for the Austin Film Society, delivering a 500-seat dinner, red carpet, and after-party on a working studio soundstage. He remains an active screenwriter and industry collaborator.

“The world does not need another rehearsed executive repeating safe consensus. Our role is to uncover the distinct, battle-tested perspective only you can claim, and insert it into the rooms and debates where it is urgently missing.”
