About

Tina Mirfarsi is an executive operator with two decades of experience scaling global brands, steering cross-functional business operations, and directing enterprise communications. She has repeatedly stood up commercial functions from scratch, owned P&L across consumer technology, eCommerce, media, and CPG, and served as a strategic counsel to founders, public company boards, and institutional investors.

At CarParts.com, the NASDAQ-listed automotive platform, she advanced through multiple executive appointments over six years, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Global Communications, Culture, and Brand. She ran JC Whitney as General Manager, revitalizing the historic label into an active lifestyle brand that generated over 70% direct traffic, 20% organic growth, and contributed to a 278% year-over-year revenue increase in the private label division. During an organizational restructuring, she stepped in as Interim Head of Marketing to rebuild the core department and establish cross-functional alignment before seamlessly transitioning leadership to an incoming CMO.

Her corporate communications and culture work ran in lockstep. She built the company’s earned media engine from the ground up, delivering more than 2.1 billion impressions across tier-one outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and the Associated Press. She directed a comprehensive rebrand that increased brand awareness by 25%, sustained the corporate narrative through 16 consecutive quarters of year-over-year growth, and led crisis and change communications across 10 executive transitions. As the company expanded from 800 to 2,000 employees, she established the internal culture function, securing CarParts.com a place on the Top 100 Places to Work in Los Angeles list for four consecutive years.

Prior to CarParts.com, she served as Head of Marketing at Proxima Media, leading marketing and commercial strategy across a diverse venture portfolio. Earlier, as Executive Vice President of Business Development at L.A. Libations within the Coca-Cola Venturing and Emerging Brands ecosystem, she scaled a roster of 14 emerging brands and negotiated national distribution partnerships with enterprise leaders including Amazon, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Keurig Dr Pepper.

Her earlier career includes six years at Relativity Media as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications, and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Madvine. In these roles, she structured commercial partnerships with global brands including Evian, Pernod Ricard, Mondelez, and Skechers that drove over $10M in annual incremental revenue, while shaping the chief executive’s keynote platform for premier stages like CES and MIPCOM.

Today, as Chief Operating Officer of Creative Blue, she directs the agency’s operating architecture and embedded client delivery. Her focus ensures integrated commercial narrative, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution operate in direct alignment with client business objectives, providing enterprise partners with senior, uninterrupted execution from strategy through launch.

“Every handoff is a place where your story gets diluted, your timeline slips, and your budget burns.”

- Tina Mirfarsi, Chief Operating Officer, Creative Blue
